GIFT VOUCHERS – are available for a Special Gift and can be redeemed against products.

We kindly request clients to arrive on time for their appointment, on any occasion you are running late for your appointment, please notify the salon as we will do our best to accommodate you.
It is the clients’ responsibility to inform us prior to every treatment if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any illness as the treatment booked may not be suitable.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. All major Credit Cards accepted.

I know our lives are particularly busy and I understand the madness of Working lives, and busy family lives 

I work early until late, to enable me to fit everyone in. If you think you will be unable to make an appointment (at times this is unavoidable) I would really appreciate 24 hours notice…  “No shows” and clients who regularly cancel appointments, will no longer be able to book appointments with me.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, or do not show up, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I will do my best to confirm your appointment by text in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
